Downtown Los Angeles is opening a new residential frontier. As the city developed westward, it became more of a secret, kept even from some locals. Right now, it’s being rediscovered for many reasons. Nearly every freeway leads here, including LA Metro with a convenient stop at 8th and Flower, steps from the Pegasus Lobby. For residents, that means Hollywood, San Fernando Valley and Long Beach are virtually in walking distance.
